Name of Feature/Request: Custom Order Approval Notification Recipients
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: A way to have separate notifications for the approval notice on sales orders to be sent to individuals that ‘follow’ the order. | Frequency: When certain orders get approved, immediate action is required by people other than the Sales Rep. If the email gets missed due to being buried with a slew of other non urgent order approvals, the actions needed are delayed. | Right now to my understanding, a number of Striven users can be set to receive email notifications when an order is approved. However, this means ALL orders, including change orders. This creates a ton of noise, causing team members to miss Importsant order approval emails that require action (ie, a critical support/security incident for a prospective MAP customer).
Attempted Solutions So Far: Right now the only attempted solutions I can recall have been manual efforts to watch for the emails. This works the majority of the time, however when any slip through the cracks, it’s felt.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Perhaps there is a way for the approval notice on sales orders to be sent to individuals that ‘follow’ the order, like how you can follow a task and get updated with notifications. Another idea would be to have the task that the order is assigned to alert us when the status of that order changes? Again, maybe we can be notified by ‘following’ the task.
