What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The goal of this feature is to enable a user to set multiple contacts for a single Sales Order. This way, any contacts that are selected receive all SO status update emails.Things to Consider: Currently, only one contact can be set per sales order.Suggested Alternative Solutions: N/AOriginal Description: If there a way to make all order status email notifications go to a specific contact other than the order contact as well?
