Name of Feature/Request: Change Order Notifications or Single View
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When a Change Order is made on a Sales Order or Purchase Order the Customer would like to be able to see that a Change Order is tied to that order without having to check the Change Order tab for every order. Preferably, the Customer would like a single view of a Sales Order/Purchase Order with the Change Order on one screen. However, the Customer would also be ok with a notification on an order - similar to the “Partially Invoiced” status that there is a Change Order that should be viewed. For example, “See Change Order” so they know to view the Change Order before making any purchases. | Frequency: Every time there is a Change Order | It is inconvenient to have to remember to check the Change Order tab for every order. Wrong purchases have been made because of not knowing there was a Change Order attached. Would be nice to have an alert, notification, or a single view that makes it obvious there is a Change Order involved.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: “It’s too much work to have to check every single order for a change order on the change order tab. I ended up ordering the wrong items because I didn’t know there was a change order. There needs to be a better way to see that there is a change order that should be reviewed before ordering. Being able to see a change order and the sales order in a single view would be preferable. However, at the very least, something like the partially invoiced in the top corner would also be extremely helpful so I know to check that tab before ordering.” | Previously accomplished: The request is being accomplished by trying to remember to check the Change Order tab.
