I would like the ability to change who the email for sales orders comes from. Similar to how they behave from an invoice. Also the ability to Cc people on those emails incase there is a team working on a quote/project. As it is now, they come from the Sale Rep and if that person is on the road and can’t quickly respond to emails replies can easily get missed.

Thanks for your post! I can see why this would be a helpful feature for Sales Orders. We are planning a Sales Order revamp and although we do not have a definite timeline, I will ensure your feedback is recorded during this process.
