What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Be able to make Sales Order Notification and Portal Content specific to Sales Order type. | Frequency: Each time a different Sales Order type is sent for approval | Depending on the Sales Order type requiring approval, this feature would allow the user to send a more tailored and specific email requesting Sales Order Approval. This would be helpful in the scenario that one Sales Order type requires details or approval instructions that another type does not require.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Including all possible necessary info on the one email, broken up by Sales Order type.
For example:
"For x Orders: The current estimate is good for 72 hours from creation, if not approved within 72 hours this may be subject to re-estimation
For y Orders: Please Review attachments before approving
For z Orders: Contact John Doe with any questions regarding the terms and conditions of this order."
Manually adjusting content when the Approval Request is sent as needed.
