Q1 2025 - March 23rd

  • Price List Updates

    • This update will allow the creation of Price Lists that dynamically adjust Prices based on percentage increases or decreases from standard Item Costs or Prices. This feature will facilitate the automatic recalculation of Prices in response to fluctuations in Costs.
  • Order Profitability Statement

    • We will be introducing a new feature that will provide a deeper understanding of order profitability. This feature will display detailed information on Invoices, Credits, Expenses, COGS, and other relevant factors. You can view both a summary overview and a detailed breakdown, with the option to group details by Item. This will enable users to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors contributing to order profitability.
  • Tax Rates by Postal Code

    • A new feature will enable users to turn on automated tax rates by state to simplify and enhance efficiency in tax rate management. By selecting one or more US states, the system will automatically create tax codes and tax groups based on accurate zip code tax rate data provided by Avalara. When determining the applicable tax code based on a shipping address, the system will now prioritize the Zip Code over the City, ensuring more accurate tax calculations. Users will also have the option to manually create tax codes.
  • Credit Memo Import

    • Import Credit Memos to streamline the process of uploading multiple Credits at once.
  • Resize/Upload Images in Editors

    • This update will introduce drag/drop functionality for resizing and uploading images within the editors in Striven. This will improve productivity and efficiency when working with images.
  • Employee List Page Updates

    • The Employee List will be migrated to a faster, more advanced framework. Additional enhancements will enable users to view the current week’s Employee Shifts, as well as Employee Start Dates, directly on the list. Also, users will have the ability to filter Employees by Email and Phone Number. These enhancements will improve the performance and overall user experience of the Employee List page.
  • Delete Candidate Data

    • Users will be able to delete specific Candidate data, including Applications, Links, and Attachments. If a Candidate is solely associated with that subscriber, their entire profile may be deleted. This feature will assist recruiters in complying with data privacy regulations and requests for data removal.

Q2 2025 - June 22nd

  • Detailed Trial Balance Report

    • A new, detailed version of the Trial Balance report will be released. This report will provide a more comprehensive view of the accounts, grouping them and displaying their respective balances and summaries. This will enable users to analyze multiple accounts within a single view.
  • Historical Non-Posting Transactions

    • This feature allows the import of historical transaction details prior to account migration. These imported transactions will not impact the current accounting postings, but will be accessible within Striven for reference purposes. This functionality is available for the majority of A/R and A/P imports, excluding Journal Entries and Inventory Adjustments.
  • Workflows Based on POs

    • This update will enable the creation of Workflows based on Purchase Orders to automate purchasing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • PO Import

    • Import Purchase Orders to streamline the process of uploading multiple POs at once or highly detailed POs.
  • Location Tracking in Discussions for Tasks

    • A new feature will be added that will allow users to generate location-sharing links (using Google Maps or other mapping services) and include them in Task details. These masked links will be accessible to Customers and will remain active until the Task is completed, offering real-time visibility into the user’s location.
  • Striven Search Updates

    • Updates will be made to the Striven Search feature to improve search efficiency. Striven will store recent searches in the header, which will be readily accessible when initiating subsequent searches. Additionally, secondary data will be linked to the search results, providing more comprehensive information.

Please note this preview includes only the larger Roadmap features to be released and does not include all Enhancement Requests scheduled.

Good morning! Since you will be working on price lists it would be great if you could allow the ability for price separate pricing for store locations, possibly by either company locations or by default class of the employee now that each employee has the ability for this setting. This would be a great improvement for companies that have multiple locations as each location does not always have the same pricing for products that are sold due to different associated costs for each location.
