Name of Feature/Request: “Task Viewed Time” is not available in report builder when created a report with the “task” dataset
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: While creating a report based on task just like we can pull the response time, resolution time, we cannot pull the task viewed time, So the goal is to be able to pull the “task viewed time” from the report builder.Things to Consider: NA | Frequency: Every time when you need to create a report based on tasks and need to include the “Task Viewed” time by assignee | Our response time accommodates this when a task is viewed during business hours within the Service Metrics Settings, We are trying to compare this to see what response time is outside of business hours. We are just trying to determine the impact modifying business hours would have on response times across the board in IT. Is there a way to pull an export/dump from the database of all closed IT Support type tasks for the month of July with their created time, response time, and viewed time? This will allow us to compare the current response time with what the response time would be if business hours were modified.

Task Response timeTask Viewed time
Response time looks to be reportable, but I cannot find a way to pull data on task viewed (task is assigned to someone and then viewed). Is there a way to accomplish this?
