Name of Feature/Request: Report Builder: Add “Assigned To Time and Date” Column to Tasks Data Set
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add a column within Report Builder that displays the Time and Date the Task was last assigned to an Individual. Should be added to the Tasks Data Set. | Frequency: Daily, the IT teams use Task Reporting at a Management level to track metrics frequently. | This column can be used to further track the performance of employee’s task response and resolution time by being able to pull exactly when a task was assigned to an employee.
It can also be used to view how quickly a task was reassigned to the correct party after needs of the Request by were determined.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Attempted multiple configurations in report builder to no avail
Manually viewing otating Time and Date of the last assignment via the Task audit log
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: “In IT (especially in Support) we leverage Striven reports daily. One piece of data that seems to be missing from the Task Status dropdown options in Striven reports is “Assigned to [assignee]” date/time. An example of the data we should be able to pull with Striven reports is screenshotted below. Please let me know if you need more information/would like to schedule a screen share session.
