Name of Feature/Request: An export of Dataset for Auditlog for specific tasks
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: We have a Timeliness KPI metric in terms of how quickly we are able to solve our clients support requests. While there’s a field in Striven (Response time) but since we have a lot of internal processes where we route tasks between teams, I am trying to create an accurate timeliness metric for each time (and individuals). The only way I can get to this information is via Auditlog. Please talk to me if you need more context.Note: This can be a Weekly/Monthly exports. The idea is to pass a series of specific task type, for a specific time period and for specific task statuses.
