Name of Feature/Request: Add 'Task Creation Time" Filter for reports
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: Any time a client has a question about how many tasks they have occurring outside of standard hours. | This is Importsant as MilesIT clients without a 24/7 support plan may be charged a fee for tasks submitted outside of 7am to 6pm EST, and if they want an idea of how often this is happening, I have to manually manipulate the data in a 3rd party spreadsheet, which is frustrating and time consuming. Not all account managers know how to do this, either.
Attempted Solutions So Far: I’ve tried any/all combination of filters I can currently find, and none will let you filter tasks in a report only by creation time, without date as well. Please see the screenshot in the description.
