Did you know you can share or copy your custom reports in Striven? Well, now you do!
From the My Reports List in the Report Builder, you can click on the hamburger menu for any of your existing reports to view the following options:
- Edit: takes you to the Report Info page where you can configure your report columns and filters as needed.
- Run: skips the Report Info page and just displays the report’s results.
- Share: triggers the Share With popup wherein you can share the report with all Employees or particular Employees, Teams, Job Titles, or Division.
- Copy: duplicates the report and displays the Copy of Report Info page wherein you can make edits, rename the report, or run the report.
When viewing the Report Info page of a custom report, the following options are displayed at the top of the page in the Basic Info section:
- Share: triggers the Share With popup wherein you can share the report with all Employees or particular Employees, Teams, Job Titles, or Division.
- API Key Setting: enables access via API
- Copy: duplicates the report and displays the Copy of Report Info page wherein you can make edits, rename the report, or run the report.
- Edit (report info): triggers the Edit Report Info popup wherein you can rename the report, publish to Employee menus, or add to your menu.
