Name of Feature/Request: Need email notification to show as sent by Person A instead of the user who created the contract managed sales order.
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have notification show as coming from Person A in a contract managed sales order while still having Person B still be the main person on the order like how we have now for Invoices | Frequency: Every sent contract managed sales order. | Need one main point of contact for the email/sales order while other users can set up sales orders. Have this reflect within the audit log to show who sent contract managed sales orders while still maintaining the SENDER on email be a specific set person. In the example provided, Sales Rep A sets up a contract managed sales order and sends it. When the receiving user gets the email and they see who its from, it attributes this to Sales Order Manager B who reviews and keeps track of sales orders.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Recreated with standard sales orders and it does work as requested. This is unable to be replicated with contract managed sales orders as it
