What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To see what Sales Orders have been sent to Customers from a Sales Order or Opportunity | Frequency: Multiple time Daily | Prime Contracting Supply specializes in Large construcktion supplies like Culverts, Catchbasins etc…
They will put in abid for large Project Management to supply these items to a construction job and then will also supply a bid to all the other contractors bidding on the job. They will have on average sed out 7 to 10 bids for the same Job.
They then would link each Sales order Created into the Opportunity.
What they are looking for is a way to quickly audit what Sales Order have been sent out to the customers.
