How to keep your Striven Notifications from going to Spam

For subscribers not using an email relay, there is a simple step your IT department/provider can take to ensure your Striven Notifications are not sent to your Spam folder.

They can add “” to your existing SPF records. This will ensure emails are routed correctly to your inbox.

Please note this change may take 24-48 hours to take effect.
