For subscribers not using an email relay, there is a simple step your IT department/provider can take to ensure your Striven Notifications are not sent to your Spam folder.
They can add “include:_spf.striven.com” to your existing SPF records. This will ensure emails are routed correctly to your inbox.
Please note this change may take 24-48 hours to take effect.
