How can I set up my Sales Orders to require internal approval?

The internal review process will only be in effect for Contract-Managed type Sales Orders. In order to set this up you will have to…

  1. Remove Sales Order Approval permission from all employees not allowed to approve sales orders.

  2. Set the Sales Order type to contract managed. This will force you to set an approval type you can set verbal. Same as external approval.

  3. You then need to set an approval amount on the employee’s record.

By following this process you will be able to set up internal approval for your Sales Orders.
