Name of Feature/Request: Have the same email fields available in the TO field also available in the CC/BCC fields in Workflow Emails
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have the same email fields available in the TO field also available in the CC/BCC fields in Workflow Emails | Frequency: During operations | The reason for their request is to avoid the need to add individual email addresses in the triggers. By having this option, the customer will be able to ensure that the email address is correct and have the assurance that the email is sent to and received by the correct person. This will streamline their process, reduce the chances of errors, and provide greater confidence that Importsant communications are properly directed.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Ask the customer to add the email manually that is the only we were able to share since CC/BCC were hard coded in the system
