Things to Consider: Spiceworks allows this functionality (more details in the discussions) Notes from Pinky: If I am sending an email to that, the TO address is the support email address. Our system should read this and create a task.Everyone keeps replying all which still has that email address at the TO.Pinky will talk to Sanjog regarding this.
