Name of Feature/Request: The ability to add multiple email Contacts in the Edit Message window for Opportunity Workflows
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: The ability to add multiple contacts when emailing an Opportunity via workflow. | Frequency: Any workflow involving a task or opportunity | Having to use the workarounds is very time consuming and tedious. This will improve their work processes and save time.
Attempted Solutions So Far: When processing the queue
adding the ability to add additional contacts to the message – some customers have multiple primaries for different areas.
workaround: if I need additional users, I just copy the message and email the recipients I need to outside of the workflow and then skip the message in the queue
