What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to Email an Invoice to multiple people by using a CC field. | Frequency: Whenever multiple contacts assigned to an Invoice is needed to be emailed out | In the previous system we used it would send one email with the option to designate parties in the to: or cc: fields. Although, there is an indication in the email text of who received the invoice, this does not allow a recipient. of “reply-all” to the email.
