Name of Feature/Request: Feature Request: Display Contact Info In Calendar Task Previews
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: View customer contact information when using calendar task preview. | Frequency: Very frequently, especially for employees in the field who access a lot of information from their calendar. | Field employees currently rely on the calendar to view and follow their schedule for the day. Even for other employees who do not have schedules to follow, the calendar is still a frequent source of information about the company’s daily activity. If a customer needs to be contacted when working off of the calendar, the customer’s dashboard currently must be opened to access their contact information. This is cumbersome, especially for field employees working off tablets who must contact every customer they visit. Readily displaying the contact information would simplify the workflow for anyone using the calendar to manage their schedule or those of others.
