What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Improve/limit the need for additional navigation and avoid manual processes currently in place to get the information in an accessible spot. | Frequency: Every time the user views task details which is daily | So field techs can easily access customer information when doing service callsMany of them work from the mobile devices and it is hard to navigate from page to page and then back to the main calendar event to look around for information.Adding the Contact name and phone number to task titles takes away the ability to highlight other pertinent information in the task title. It also creates more manual work on the admin to copy and paste this information from the customer contact list.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Hover over customer name and click view customer icon.
Add contact name and phone number to the task title.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Call with Victor: To have the ability to view Requested By detail or Contact Name Phone Number and Email address in Task Calendar events | Previously accomplished: They add the Contact name and phone number into the Task Titles to help alleviate this. When viewing task details within the calendar users can only see Customer name and location, User has to navigate away from Task to view contact phone number and email address.
