Name of Feature/Request: Display associated Contact Info - Name, email and phone# displayed on the Task without having to click on an additional area that opens in a new tab or overlay on the screen
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: This customer would like to have the associated contacts name, phone and email to be displayed without having to click on an additional area(Task Info) that opens in a new tab or overlay on the screen. | Frequency: Every time working on task | The reason for this feature request is because most of our company’s work flow takes place on three screens: Task, Calendar, and Sales Order. None of those screens display either the phone number or the email address of the customer, so we’re constantly having to click away from the screen we’re working on when we want to contact a customer, which we do frequently. We would like to have that contact information readily displayed on the Task screen without having to click on Task Contact.
Attempted Solutions So Far: To click ok the task contact to view the associated contact.
