Name of Feature/Request: Contact titles visible from tasks
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Display contact titles for the “requested by” in a task. Customer Requirements: Things to Consider: Promised Date: Files/Links/s: Original Description:At some point in the past, the title’s of contacts was visible from the task window, but that seems to have disappeared. This was huge for support teams to be easily able to determine if they were working with someone that might need some special attention. (Account Managers are also asking about this, it’s not just support.) This definitely was in here at some point, I don’t know when it went away.This used to have titles:
