Name of Feature/Request: Add the ability to show more on task blocks on the calendar
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: It would be great to see other information on the calendar like notes, the customer, and location without having to click to see it in the popup.
Customer Requirements: | Frequency: Multiple times per day | Their old system’s calendar showed a lot of data on each event’s block per day, per employee. This allowed them to see necessary information right on the calendar and allow assignments to take place quickly and confidently.
Information seen on each block includes:CustomerCustomer LocationItem & Square Foot being delivered/used (Task custom fields in Striven)The goal for this info is to let the dispatcher know where they’re going, what item is being used and how many square feet as well.
The goal would be that they are sending the installer on a route that makes sense and maximize the items they are taking from the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
Seeing this on the calendar will allow the manager and installer to see this info and not have to click into the task to see it.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Use the calendar as it currently is designed.
Use a report via report builder to show data on each task, organized by date. Report includes customer, location, order, task name, assignment, custom fields, and description
