Name of Feature/Request: Customizable popup on calendar

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Would be great to be able to put certain fields in the calendar popup like address included for customer location, contact info, description, custom fields and possibly more.

I wish appointments and tasks just had the same functionality. We can see notes on appointments in the initial screen with minimal clicks in the field. Tasks is much more cumbersome because of the limited info available initially.

Merge the two and call them “events” like Google!
