Where in the system is this located?: Tasks
How is the user accomplishing now / past: Create the appointment in calendar and copy the task name into the appointment as well as the task link. | Frequency: Everytime an appointment is created for an open task. (Dozens of times daily per technician) | This will help as an appointment created from the task itself will have the task name and description on it and there won’t be a need to copy paste things from the task to the appointment. This will also help in documentation of the task as the appointment will be linked to the existing task for which it had been created and we will have the history of when the appointment was setup in relation to a particular task. Tasks can be created from the appointments which is a very useful feature. Creating an appointment from the task will also serve a lot of necessary purposes specially for the helpdesk.
