Name of Feature/Request: Allow Table View display in Collections (Email view)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow Table View display in Collections. | Frequency: Multiple times a month. | “Many of our Customers are not willing to use the Customer Portal and we would prefer to have either a PDF attachment for table view in the email.”
Attempted Solutions So Far: No table view option, there is a body of email that can be edited to the User’s liking to send to Customers.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: Is it possible to have the automatic email list the invoices in a table format?
Similar to the below? The reason why we prefer table format, is because not all of our customers will be able to sign into the Striven customer portal.
