Name of Feature/Request: Receive Notification when a customer views their invoice
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To be able to receive an email notification when a customer opens/views their invoice on the portal. | Frequency: about once a week | Customer would like this instead of having to constantly check the invoice list looking for viewed invoices
