What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: To have the Collections Log show sent to email address | Frequency: Whenever looking at Collections Log | When collection emails are sent, the TO email should be listed. We need email documentation at the customer level.

If I put my collection agency email in SETTINGS>COLLECTIONS area and my primary customer email is in there too, should BOTH emails get the same message? I tested it with my DBI TEST account and when I went to the customer>emails I didn’t see the outgoing collection email for either email. | Previously accomplished: I have a question about the collections setup.
