Workflow Actions: Ability to Send Email/Discussion "From" Assigned Role Instead of Individual

Name of Feature/Request: Workflow Actions: Ability to Send Email/Discussion “From” Assigned Role Instead of Individual

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: When choosing the “From:” employee on a send email action within a workflow, we would like to have Primary Assignment as an option. | Frequency: Every time we need to message all Primary Contacts matching the trigger criteria ‘from’ their assigned Account Manager. This will be happening more frequently going forward. | We currently support 758 organizations with IT Miles Assurance Plans. Each of these has a Primary Contact, and each is assigned internally to one of 10 Account Managers. The primary communications channel with these customers is between the Primary Contact and the assigned Account Manager. This is something we want to promote, not dilute.
Going forward, at least quarterly and sometimes more often, we need to advise these Primary Contacts with respect to items approaching end-of-life. Opportunities are created which are specific to each customer (see example below) and a Discussion message is sent to the customer. These should come ‘from’ the assigned Account Manager, who is best able to advise and handle the follow up conversation with the customer. The current Workflow functionality would meet the requirement EXCEPT THAT there is currently not a straightforward, non-labor-intensive way (that I have found) to have the Workflow message be ‘from’ each customer’s assigned Account Manager.
Please consider adding this functionality.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Try different types of messages, but none support role based ‘from’.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: “Every time we need to message all Primary Contacts ‘from’ their assigned Account Manager. This will be happening more frequently going forward.” | Previously accomplished: Use multiple triggers, one for each of the 10 Account Managers, and manual segregation of customers by assignment
