Name of Feature/Request: FEATURE REQUEST: Email from Contact Record
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: on a regular basis | I am more interested in sending an actual email from the CONTACT record itself such as a lead/prospect - they are not a client so they do not have access to the portal to add to discussions yet. I want to send a one-off email from the Contact record - NOT have to filter and drill down just to find them in the system, I should be able to go to the contact record click Email, and send them an email that is then recorded in the system for history. The whole purpose of this ticket is the SENDING of the email from within the contact record.
