Q3 2025 - September 21st

  • Improved Portal Sign-In Interface: We’re simplifying the portal sign-in experience for your contacts! This update promotes Single Sign-On (SSO) to minimize password reliance. For non-SSO users, a new guest login option with 2FA codes will be available, offering secure access without needing to store a password. Users will always have the flexibility to set a password later if they choose.
  • Order Fulfillment Report: Gain unprecedented visibility into your order processing with our new Order Fulfillment Report. This powerful tool provides a consolidated view of all ordered items, including their counts, along with corresponding counts for invoiced, on purchase order, and received items. Manage your orders more efficiently than ever before!
  • Native Onfleet Integration – ‘Last Mile’ Service Tracking: We’re excited to partner with Onfleet to bring you a native integration for ‘Last Mile’ service and delivery tracking. This integration will seamlessly connect tasks with Onfleet, enabling your team to utilize the Onfleet Mobile App to provide real-time customer updates on service calls and deliveries.   • Opportunity Pipeline Report: Our new Opportunity Pipeline Report will empower you with deeper insights into your sales process. This report allows for both Cohort Analysis and Snapshot Analysis, helping you better understand opportunity stage progression and sold ratios, ultimately driving more informed business decisions.
  • Conditional “From” in Workflows: Simplify your workflow setup with the new Conditional “From” option. This enhancement allows you to select a “From” source, such as a Sales Rep, within a single workflow. This means you no longer need to create unique workflow triggers for each individual sales representative, making your automation more efficient.
  • Shared Calendar Updates: Experience a more intuitive and time-zone aware appointment selection process with our improved shared calendar functions. These updates will make scheduling and coordination even smoother.
  • Improved Contact Dashboard: We’re launching several quality-of-life updates to the customer contact dashboard, focusing on setup and navigation. Expect a more intuitive and efficient way to manage your interactions per contact.

Q4 2025 - December 14th

  • Manually Related To’s: Gain increased flexibility by manually linking opportunities, tasks, sales orders, projects, and purchase orders where applicable. This feature empowers you to create custom relationships for improved organization and insights.
  • Improved Customer Dashboard: We’re launching several new widgets as well as the ability to copy dashboards to other users. Expect an easier way to standardize views across teams and have more ways to manage your customer interactions.
  • Workflows based on Customer Assets: Automate and optimize your service and notification processes with the ability to create workflow triggers directly from customer assets. This brings a new level of proactive management to your operations.
  • API for Bill Payment CC Charges: We’re adding the ability to utilize Striven’s API to manage Bill Payments for CC Charges, providing a more robust and seamless experience for AP integrations.
  • Sales Order Rebuild Continues: Our comprehensive Sales Order Rebuild is progressing, with major updates anticipated at the start of 2026. This ongoing project is designed to deliver a more powerful and flexible sales order system.
  • Rebuilds Initiated for Purchase Orders, Time, and Expense Management & Billing: We’re kicking off major rebuilds of these core modules. These foundational improvements will lay the groundwork for a more efficient and streamlined future across your purchasing, time tracking, expense management, and billing processes.
