Q4 2025 - December 14th
- Time Approval Rebuild: We are rebuilding the time approval process. Time entries will now have the ability to be approved individually, daily, or over a custom period, eliminating the need to submit entire Timesheets.
- Manual Related To’s: Gain increased flexibility by manually linking Opportunities, Tasks, Sales Orders, Projects, and Purchase Orders where applicable. This feature empowers you to create custom relationships for improved organization and insights.
- Improved Customer Dashboard: We’re launching several new widgets as well as the ability to copy Dashboards to other users. Expect an easier way to standardize views across Teams and have more ways to manage your Customer interactions.
- Workflows based on Customer Assets: Automate and optimize your service and notification processes with the ability to create Workflow Triggers directly from Customer Assets. This brings a new level of proactive management to your operations.
- API for Bill Payment CC Charges: We’re adding the ability to utilize Striven’s API to manage Bill Payments for CC Charges, providing a more robust and seamless experience for AP integrations.
- Sales Order Rebuild Continues: Our comprehensive Sales Order Rebuild is progressing, with major updates anticipated at the start of 2026. This ongoing project is designed to deliver a more powerful and flexible Sales Order system.
- Rebuild Initiated for Purchase Orders: We’re kicking off a major rebuild of Purchase Orders. These foundational improvements will lay the groundwork for more efficient and streamlined purchasing processes.
Q1 2026 - March 22nd
- Sales Order Rebuild Release: Initial release of our Sales Order Rebuild. See all new features such as Automatic Deposits, optional Items, and Labels, as well as several other UI Improvements. More features to follow.
- Create Opportunity Workflows: Automate your CRM processes more by utilizing Workflows to now be able to create Opportunities based on your desired criteria.
- Opportunity Management Updates: Ability to more easily reassign Opportunities by creating a person tab to drag and drop selected Opportunities.
- Striven Editor: We are updating our editor to more easily create and edit tables in printable formats and more.
- Performance Improvements: We are making updates to how pasted images are stored in Custom Fields as well as optimizing inventory costing calculations for backdated transactions.
- Rebuild Continued for Purchase Orders: We’re continuing the major rebuild of Purchase Orders. These core enhancements will pave the way for more productive and refined purchasing operations.
