Groups, item search on Sales Orders/Quotes

The new group and item search has been a great features. I would like to see these expanded a little more with these added feature request.

  1. I like to be able to copy a group on sales order/quote. We do a lot of estimates with options for “GOOD, BETTER, BEST” Only couple items may change between these options. This would be a huge time saver. if you did not have to recreate the entire group for a couple items that change between the groups.

  2. The ability to create Group Templates. There are a lot of times you need to use the same groups on multiple quotes. These could be a combination groups that have been created for multiple customers. Having the ability to create group templates would really enhance the software and be a huge time saver.

  3. We also do a lot of quotes with groups with a lot of items in each group. It would be nice to be able to collapse the groups you’re not working on so there is not so much scrolling up and down. This would be very helpful on mobile devices.

  4. Add the group and item search purchase orders. It would be nice if the group name carried over and format to the purchase order when created from a quote.
