Name of Feature/Request: Resending email from recruiting step to candidate without marking the step fully complete until all documents are received

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Allow for more flexibility of candidate tracking without adding more manual steps. | Frequency: Every time there is a new applicant. | This would provide a better flow for their recruiting process without having to add more manual steps. Also there are forms that certain parties cannot see due to privacy reasons and the current steps for form submission allow those people to see it. Therefore more manual steps have to be added to their process.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Add a manual step after email is sent to “ensure candidate has submitted requested forms”. This creates more unnecessary steps.

I am just checking a few different thigns [21:13] Human Resources: ok [21:16] Courtney: There is not currently a way to resend it out of Striven, but you should be able to go to your sent folder in your email and resend it from there. [21:20] Courtney: If you navigate to Employees > Recruiting > Process Applications and find this specific candidate application. Can you confirm if this step was completed? [21:20] Courtney: I notice your step was not check to send automatically so I am wondering if that original email was ever sent [21:22] Human Resources: If I mark it as “Make this step automatic” it will show as “completed” with a green check mark for the candidate view, when I don’t want that to be completed until I get all documents back. [21:23] Courtney: Ok that is perfectly fine. I understand that. I just want to make sure that the first email actually got sent. Were you able to look into your sent folder in your email? [21:26] Human Resources: my work email never shows emails sent from striven. is there a place on striven that would have this infomation??? [21:27] Courtney: Ok let’s try this instead. You still need to manually send the email to them. If you click the checkbox to the left of that row, and then click the send button. That should trigger the email to the applicant [21:32] Human Resources: ok, Thank You, I don’t think U had to do that for the last applicant… but this also now looks like that step was completed on my end…like the activity is now showing the next step… [21:32] Courtney: Ok can you share a screenshot again of how it looks now?
