Name of Feature/Request: Report Builder using Candidate Application Dataset
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic: What is the Goal/Topic?Can we pull data in the Candidate data set that shows what action was taken during the “last activity” and not just the step or stage of the action. When we are working with application at various stages in the application queue, we will “Send” "Complete’ or “Skip” as an action on each step. She said that they need to see it for each step. Part of the data they are trying to collect to analyze is at which step a candidate submits their and that isn’t always on the last step that they have. They need to see every step that the candidate completed/skipped and the date the candidate did so. Where in the system is this located?Striven Recruiting Dashboard/ReportsWhy do they need this accomplished?We are trying to see if we can track data about how long an application stays open before it is closed and where the bulk of that time is spent, waiting for candidates or is it on our end. When a candidate submits their interview we click “Skip” for each stage in the queue until the application is at the step “Review Interview” we want to track the last step that was “send” or “complete” so we can see at what point the is received and we can "skip’ the other stages. They are not sure how often it will be. To start it will be a monthly basis. They needed to see if there are any improvements they can make in the process.

The customer is wondering if Striven can help them compile a report since the data is there and they can’t just figure out how to add it to a report
