How is everyone job costing accurately with overtime rates against a project? Are you using striven or a third party payroll service?
We use Striven. All of our shop floor team clocks into a task/work order. Once all of the material is received or allocated we include it into an item group (we don’t itemize material on the sales order/invoice). We use the sales order profitability report to see the hours, cost and suggested billing based on the amounts loaded for each employee under their profile.
