Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Original Description: The majority of our orders we ship through ShipStation, but some larger orders that ship via truck are done outside of ShipStation. The order is still marked as complete in Striven, but it never updates in ShipStation. Because of this we have over 1,000 orders in ShipStation that say they’re awaiting shipment, but are actually completed. Is something not working correctly with the integration? Is there a setting we can change to fix this? Included a screenshot of some orders that are showing “Awaiting Shipment” in ShipStation but are completed in Striven. | Previously accomplished: Currently ShipStation only gets updated to ship when a Sales Order has an Approved status.
