What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Add a POST/v1/sales-orders/{id}/mark-inprogress API so a Sales Order can be automatically updated from Approved to In Progress | Frequency: This occurs each time an order is out for Delivery multiple times per day. | We are integrating AEC Supply’s Striven instance with Dispatch Track and without this enhancement, it will be a manual process to update order status to In Progress
Attempted Solutions So Far: Manual updates or a power automate desktop flow which is not as stable as an API connection.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: The only option to accomplish this now is manually updating the status.
