Name of Feature/Request: Linking Item Reference Materials to Work Orders (Tasks)
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Things to Consider: | Frequency: If we start using it, it will be an issue for every Sales Order. | We plan for the employee to use the task to see their item to build. They need to be able to access to information on how to build the item from the task. I know we can link it to the item, but that requires them to find the item link on the work order, go to the item, and find the resource material. If its not easy, they wont do it. Right now is Asana, its very easy for them to see what they need to do and get the info needed. Maybe when you link the item to the task, it automatically links any reference material.
Attempted Solutions So Far: None right now. Not sure what another option is.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: We currently use ASANA for all production related tracking. We are wanting to move it all the Striven and are working on how we would use Project Management and tasks to do so. Currently, we are able to link the Item production info directly to the task in asana. We would need to be able to do the same thing in Striven. We do not want to have to have the employee have to hunt down the info. It needs to be easily accessible.
