Name of Feature/Request: Add Task Number
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: : When a Workflow is set up based on “Tasks” set as the trigger filters and the action of the Workflow is to create a new Task - have the ability to link the new Task to the existing Task that triggered the Workflow. | Frequency: Daily | Work flows: When the trigger is a Work Order (task) and the action is to create a Work Order (task), have the ability to link to the trigger Work Order. Currently you can only select name, description and type. No linking to the original makes it difficult to find the trigger Work Order. Also, add the Work Order number as an option. We often use the same name for multiple work orders (tasks) which makes searching for a challenge.
Attempted Solutions So Far: Work Order (task) action, have to go find the Work Order (task) that triggered the action.
Go to the customer dashboard, review all work orders (tasks) for that customer that have been marked done and review if it is the correct work order.
Their are a minimum of three triggers/actions to send to various employees to do their part of the process.
