What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Have the Sales Rep be the one who sends the Discussion in Workflows. | Frequency: Multiple times a month. | " Specifically it is the person sending the discussion that has the limitations causing us issues. The ability to have the sales representative be the one who originates the discussion makes a ton of sense. My business (and any business taking a deposit for future services) would like for the sales rep responsible for taking the deposit to have the ability to automatically notify the next person in line (installation manager) that a deposit has been taken. From my experience this setting is not available, yet it is available as the individual receiving the discussion. It seems like the feature is already built, but just needs to be able to actually be the one sending the initial discussion based on the automated workflow trigger. "
