Name of Feature/Request: Add Discussions dataset to Workflows
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: : To add Discussions to Workflows so that an Action can be triggered to notify one or more employee when a Discussion on a Sales Order is made. | Frequency: Whenever a Customer replies and the Sales Rep isn’t available to respond | Currently, only the Sales Rep is notified when a Customer responds and they aren’t always available to reply in a timely manner. So the Customer would like all Sales Reps to be notified so the Customer gets a response sooner.
