Error in ShipStation caused by incomplete address in Striven

Name of Feature/Request: Error in ShipStation caused by incomplete address in Striven

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Things to Consider:Suggested Alternative Solutions: Original Description:Troy had good idea of possibly maybe also make a separate field for the country codeShipStation just said:This is the error that we’re getting when attempting a refresh: Error in XML. Reason: The ‘Country’ element is invalid - The value ‘’ is invalid according to its datatype ‘StringExactly2’ - The actual length is less than the MinLength valueI’ve no idea if that is your issue or theirs, of course (not my wheelhouse - haha), but just want to share everything with you guys in case it is relevant.Having world war 3 with ShipStation today. Just thought I’d let you know. It just suddenly stopped working with Striven (for my account anyway). ShipStation has NO IDEA why it won’t work. I’ve been on chat with them for over an hour already. I just thought you’d like to know in case it ends up affecting you guys directly in any way.Can you or someone who can help me search through my orders for an “incorrect” COUNTRY CODE call me right away? This makes no sense to me, but there is apparently a problem with 1 or more recent orders having a country code that is “too short” (ie less than 2 characters), which is causing my entire ShipStation Imports to be blockaded. HELPPPPPP!!!(note: we have not shipped outside the US in months, so no idea why/how this could even be possible, but I cannot manually look at thousands of orders!!!)Hi Melanie,So, I was able to solve the ShipStation problem after 2 hours on live chat with them. It was because of an order I entered yesterday that somehow had no country filled in at all. I have no idea how I did that - but I thought I should suggest that Striven add a red “block” when a user tries to enter or edit an address that says “You MUST enter a country code in order to save new address” - or whatever vernacular makes Striven happy. Similar to the one I get if I try to make a target date for 2019 (it says “target date cannot be earlier than today’s date” or something like that. I know this won’t happen every day, but it was a bit of trauma to track down which order was the one causing the problem. If Striven just didn’t allow me to skip that field, then it would save this potential headache for all Striven/ShipStation users. Thanks!Katrina
