What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic: What is the Goal/Topic?To have all communications with customers contained inside Striven TenantWhere in the system is this located?Discussions and Tasks are being used Currently but Why do they need this accomplished?T create a consistent and TRackable communication log with their customersHow are they accomplishing it now/past?Currently using Email to Task for Customer Communication and then using Discussions after that for follow-up.Next Steps: The issue with the current process is that multiple Tasks are being created for the same discussion. We will be adding the Discussion Search next year which may help with thisWhen Replies are coming in are they viewing them right away in the discussion Module or are those discussions being emailed to them and then creating a new task? Attempted Solutions So Far: Using email forwarding rules to create tasks for every email received.
The issue here is that if a discussion from a task is not reviewed in time an email is sent to the employee and a new task is then created based on the Outlook Rule
