What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: A few times a week when I need to email a client through a task in Striven and want to reference the developer’s notes in the same task.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: I currently open up another Striven tab so I can have another instance of the same task open so I can read other comments in the discussion for reference as I write my email. Salesforce allows a user to minimize an email that’s being worked on for a specific task.
