Striven Update request from customer

Name of Feature/Request: Striven Update request from customer

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Frequency: One time event , task created recommended by ITSM | User is requesting that initial screenshots and task request be included in auto email sent out on task creation, that way they do not have to search through previously sent email folder. This would save two minutes of searching if information needed to be reviewed. This requested by customer after he marked a task with an unhappy after having to search through his emails during a support task. Striven task was instructed by ISTM to make sure users request was reviewed during Unhappy rating company process.

Attempted Solutions So Far: User would been login access to Striven to view task details and notes. This is equally as tedious as looking through sent emails folder and user is not looking for multi step process.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Currently, users need to look into their previously sent emails found to find what attachments and screenshots they originally sent with their task request.
