Next Steps: Create an Office 360 account, Tie it to a tenant then try to test different ways to fix the issue using the portal and tasks | Frequency: on a regular basis | When email notifications are sent out for appointments, because of email integration, Microsoft sends notifications about the appointment. My customers then can change the appointment time using Microsoft, and they often schedule appointments when there are other appointments scheduled.
