Name of Feature/Request: Add modification details to “Appointment Modified” notification email
What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: /Topic?: When an “appointment modified” email notification is sent, it does not contain any information about exactly what details were modified for the appointment, making the email mostly useless. Changes to the appointment are logged in the audit log, so my request is that it be added to the email notification to add value and save time. | Frequency: Almost daily | To spend less time following an unnecessary process to get a quick update from an update email notification. It just seems silly. The changes are logged. I’d like Striven to put them in the email body so we don’t have to go looking for the details. It will save time, effort, and sanity. ![]()
Attempted Solutions So Far: The current solution/process is tedious. It seems basically pointless that there is no information included in the notification message to say what modifications were made to the appointment, especially when the information is being logged in the system.
Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Currently, there are a couple of ways to view this information. There’s a link to the appointment in the email notification, or one has to log into Striven, open their calendar and find the appointment, click view more details to open the appointment, and then click on the audit log to see what changes were made to the appointment. The email notification is mostly useless - it just tells the user they need to go find out what was changed instead of detailing it in the email content.
