Name of Feature/Request: Be able to set up automatic Tax Rates based on Company Location

What financial, time savings, or quality of life improvements will occur from this: Set up automatic tax rates for the company location and tie to transactions easily. | Frequency: Multiple times a month | Allowing tax rates to be based on company location within sales orders would be helpful for those with multiple locations under the same ownership but different local tax requirements.

Attempted Solutions So Far: Set the Company Location at the Customer level so the appropriate Tax defaults.

Digging deep - Any additional Why behind this request / How was this accomplished before Striven in what system or software: Previously accomplished: Usually using default Tax Agency and manually changing it.

Would this include defaulting tax agencies to sales receipts? So that all sales receipts could be defaulted to a specfic tax agency?

Hi there!

To me this feels like a different request. As of now we are anticipating rebuilding Sales Receipts in our Q3 release. We have already confirmed we are adding the ability to set a default sales tax code when we do this update. It is actually being done at your original request/suggestion.
